Sue Bronson MS, LCSW, is known as a pioneer at mediating both family and workplace disputes since 1983. She is Chair of the Association for Conflict Resolution Family Section, a former board member of the Academy of Family Mediators and a charter member of the Wisconsin Association of Mediators. She trains mediators across the country and in the Netherlands. Sue is the lead author of Self-Assessment Tool for Mediators.

Sue is also a psychotherapist at New Prospects in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Sue’s gentle guidance helps her clients to develop clarity, understanding, dignity and to fully embrace life. The power of Family Constellation Work and its "movements of the soul" has become essential to her therapeutic work.

Catherine Rennert, MS, LCPC, has a private counseling practice in Rockford, Illinois, where she works with adults, adolescents and children. She is licensed in Illinois and Ohio.

Although she is trained in classical therapeutic techniques, Catherine incorporates alternative therapies such as EMDR and TFT into her practice to accelerate personal growth and conflict resolution. Catherine also facilitates programs for post-abortion recovery. Systemic Constellations have been personally enriching for her and they offer her clients an opportunity for deeper work and profound healing.
