Family Constellation work is a systemic approach to resolving difficulties in our present lives. Constellations might be considered a powerful “Brief Therapy” that gets to the core of the disturbance within a family system.

During a constellation the client is able to “see” hidden family dynamics.

As an observer, it is easier to absorb this picture of the family and to watch constructive resolutions unfold. Hellinger says, “It’s a kind of seeing that looks beyond the surface....”

Systemic Family Constellation work in the tradition of Bert Hellinger, is an approach to experiential healing, based on humanistic and spiritual principles that may or may not assist in personal growth and healing. With this understanding, I agree to the following:

1. I understand that in the Systemic Family Constellation workshop, I will have the opportunity to work with my own personal issues and challenges if I choose to do so. My personal needs may be met through insights, observation, being a representative, or setting up a personal constellation.

2. I understand that I may experience deep emotions, which may include emotional stress, anxiety, tears, physical discomfort or exhaustion. I am free to say no when asked to participate in a constellation and at anytime during the constellation. I voluntarily and freely choose to incur and assume any and all such risks and release Healing Heart and Soul and the facilitator from any liability.
